摘  要:通过对烧结含镁熔剂进行综合评价选择镁质灰替代白云石粉作为新的烧结提氧化镁熔剂用于生产。实践表明:碱度2.1,用镁质灰逐渐替代白云石粉,烧结矿的氧化镁质量分数由2.4%提高到2.9%,转鼓下降,但对利用系数和成品率影响不大;固定碱度和氧化镁,增大镁质灰用量直至替代白云石粉,烧结矿产量和品质指标有所好转,固体燃耗有所降低。Through the comprehensive evaluation of magnesium solvent in sintering, the magnesian lime was used to replace the dolomite powder as new extracting magnesium sintering solvent in the production. Practiees show that at the same hasicity level,the magnesiam lime was used to replace the dolomite powder, the magnesia of sinter was increased and the drum strength was decreased, but productivity and yield of sintering had litter change, at the same basicity and magnesia level, the magnesian lime was used to replace the dolomite powder,the sintering quality index was improved and the sintering solid fuel eomsumption was decreased.
