摘　　要：针对目前小水电开发建设现状,笔者根据多年设计经验认为水电工程设计质量管理中存在的问题,并提出了水电工程设计中的监理要点与设计质量管理的关键。希望为广大同行提供借鉴和参考。Developing and constructing the current situation to the small power station at present,I think the problem existing in the engineering design quality control of water and electricity according to the design expert.Hope for the masses of counterpart and offer reference and consult.
