摘　　要：高校办学规模扩大,学生党建和思想政治工作面临着新形势、新任务。本文就如何发挥大学生党组织的组织功能、生机与活力,强化党组织的职能和作用;尊重党员主体地位,发挥党员主体作用,强化自育功能,使其积极性、先进性意识得到激发;加强党员队伍教育管理,抓好学生党员队伍作用发挥等主要问题进行了深入探讨和论述。With the expansion of Higher Education, Student＇ s ideological and political work and party building work is faced with new situations and new tasks.This article researches and discusses the following questions in-depth：How to play a student party organizations function,vigor and vitality strengthen the function and role of party organizations.Respect for the dominant position of party members,play the main role of party members,and strengthen self-education function to stimulate their enthusiasm and the advanced nature of consciousness.Strengthen education and management of party members.do a good lob to play the role of student party member team,etc.
