摘　　要：勤工助学是新时期高校资助贫困学生的重要举措。它不仅有利于学生全面发展,而且可以通过参加劳动取得相应报酬,解决在校期间的学习、生活问题,使其顺利完成学业。本文论述了图书馆聘用"馆员助理"的必要性,并对"馆员助理"的聘用程序和管理方法作了有益的探讨。Part-work and part-study is one of the important measures taken by institutions of higher learning which is not only beneficial to the students＇ comprehensive growth but also can make students gain some money through their own work so as to solve the financial problems in their life and study on campus so that they can complete their studies.This article discusses the necessity of the library employing librarian assistants and makes useful exploration in the employment orocedures and management methods of the librarian assistants.
