摘 要:雷达结构虚拟装配技术是在虚拟样机技术的基础之上,利用虚拟现实技术,在不需要任何雷达实物的情况下实现对雷达结构装配的全过程。同时对雷达结构虚拟装配的过程进行评估,从而达到优化设计、缩短产品的研发周期、降低成本和提高效费比的目的。文中阐述了虚拟装配技术的相关概念,结合地面高机动雷达结构的虚拟装配设计思想,提出了针对雷达结构虚拟装配的设计方案及流程,建立了某型雷达结构的装配模型;成功实现了在虚拟现实环境下某型雷达结构的虚拟装配。The virtual assem bly technology of radar structure is based on the research of virtual prototy- ping, and the whole assembly process of radar structure is achieved by using virtual reality technology with- out any radar substance. The process of virtual assembly of radar structure is evaluated at the same time. Furthermore, we can make the design better, cut the cycle of research, reduce cost, and also improve the cost-effectiveness ratio by this technology. This paper describes the concept of virtual assembly technology. Combining with the virtual assembly design idea of the structure of ground-based high-mobility radar, the de- sign scheme and flow of virtual assembly are presented. Then, the assembly model of structure of one radar is set up. Finally, the virtual assembly of structure of one radar in virtual reality environment is come true.
