摘  要:白音查干油田断块小、储层埋藏浅、井温低,在压裂改造过程中采用常规压裂液破胶难,返排不彻底,导致压裂液在地层滞留时间长,易造成对地层的二次伤害。针对以上问题,开展了低温压裂液添加剂优选和低温破胶剂的研究,并对低温压裂液配方进行了优化,对其性能进行了评价,形成了适用于白音查干油田的低温压裂液技术,在压裂施工应用中取得了显著的增产效果。Reservoirs in Baiyinchagan Oilfield are in small blocks, shallow buried, and at low temperature. Gel-breaking is difficult with conventional fracturing fluid, and the flowback is not complete, resulting in longer holdup time of the fracturing fluid in the formation, which may cause secondary damage. The formula of low temperature fracturing fluid is optimized, the property evaluated, and low temperature gel breaker is studied. The technology of low temperature fracturing fluid has been developed for Baiyinchagan Oilfield and achieved notable stimulation result.
