摘  要:为有效地抑制大庆油田三次加密调整井高压层流体的溢出,提高固井质量,研发了套管外封隔器自增压式双卡高压层固井技术。该技术可实现井筒环空介质压力和体积增值,显著降低油井采出液含水率。该技术进行了104口井的试验,对其动态数据采集分析表明:采出液的油水比由1.00∶8.10变为1.00∶4.18,含水率降低了7.74个百分点。Self-pressured two-way jam packer outside the casing has been developed for cementing high pressure formation in Daqing Oilfield to prevent fluid overflow in tertiary infill wells and improve cementing quality. This technology can increase the pressure and volume of annulus media and remarkably reduce water cut. It has been tested in 104 wells of the No. 5 Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfield. Performance data show that the oil-water ratio per ton of produced fluid changed from 1.00∶8.10 to 1.00∶4.18, water cut reduced 7.74%.
