中学生体重超重与肥胖的原因及其干预因素分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查等方法对超重或肥胖的学生进行调查,结果表明:超重或肥胖的学生喜欢吃油炸类和甜食的占79.85%,而以甜品饮料为零食的占61.54%,在日常习惯中吃一些高热量、低营养的快餐食品,使热量和糖的摄入大大提高,是造成超重或肥胖的主要因素;大约有一半的超重和肥胖初中生不愿意参与体育活动。运动因素、饮食习惯、对形体美的正确认知和社区环境改善是干预超重或肥胖的主要手段。Through the method such as questionnaire to the excess or fat of the junior in high school, the result is： about 79.85 % of them like to eat to fry in oil and sweetmeat, and 61.54% of them like to take sweet article beverage as snack, main factor is because of the habit of taking some hot quantity and low nourishment of fast food in daily make them excess or fat of; About half of them do not like taking part in athletics activity, the reason is that they have no interest or they are afraid of derision, Keyword： Excess or fat; The junior high school living; The main influence factor is the Sport factor and food habit etc.
