摘  要:从83个菌株中筛选出瓜类炭疽病菌弱致病株系C3、C5分别用其活体接种和其灭活物浇根,成功诱导了西瓜对疽病菌强致病株系C2的抗病性,并证明了弱致病株系的灭活物与其活体本身具有相近的诱导能力,同时试验得出了C5灭活物诱导抗性的持续期和诱导处理的最佳间隔期.C3 and C5 in attenuated strains of melon anthracnose were screened from eighty--three strains. To succeed in inducing the resistance of C2 in virulent strains to anthracnose in watermelon, its living organism was inoculated and its inactivation matter was irrigated on the root respectively. And the result proved that its inactivation matter and living organism had the similar inducing ability. At the same time, the test got the persistent period of inducing resistance of C5's inactivation matter and the best plastochrone of inductive disposal.
