摘　　要：我国西部少数民族地区的贫困状况和消极影响是我国西部地区全面建设小康社会、统筹城乡经济社会发展面临的最为突出、尖锐的问题,现阶段西部少数民族地区的贫困状况依然非常严峻,针对少数民族地区贫困状况的新特点,进一步明确新的反贫困思路,采取更为有力的扶贫措施,对于迅速缓解和逐步消除少数民族地区的贫困状态具有重要的战略意义。The Poverty and its negative impact is the most prominent and the most acute question for ethnic minority areas in the Chinese western state to build a well - off society and plan the development of urban and rural economic and social in entirety. At this stage poverty is severe in ethnic minority areas. In accordance with the new features of poverty in ethnic minority areas, furtherly defined the new anti- poverty ideas and take more effective anti- poverty countermeasures. It has important strategic significance for rapid mitigation and eliminate the poverty in ethnic minority areas.
