新平县退耕还林工程社会经济效益评价

摘　　要：通过深入实地调查研究收集评价的基础资料,以新平县为例,分析问卷调查资料以及相关统计数据,采取定量和定性相结合的方法,对新平县退耕还林工程社会经济效益进行科学分析与评价,结果表明:新平县退耕还林工程取得了良好的社会经济效益,但这些效益在短期内不是很明显。并针对工程实施中存在的问题,提出工程可持续发展的若干对策。Basic information was obtained through in - depth investigations, taking Xinping county as an example, analyzing survey data and related statistical data, a scientific assessment was conducted on the social and economic benefits of the program using combined quantitative and qualitative method. The results show that the program achieved some good socio - economic benefits; however, these benefits are not obvious in a short time. And then, several strategies were proposed for sustainable development of the program for the problems existing in the implementation process of the program.
