莫莫格国家级自然保护区湿地生态旅游保护性开发的保障体系探究

摘　　要：莫莫格国家级自然保护区在生物多样性、物种代表性、生境原始性等方面均具有显著特征和重要价值,因此对该地区的旅游开发必须遵循保护性优先的原则,并且采取慎之又慎的态度。立足于该地区湿地生态旅游保护性开发的现状和存在的一些问题,提出了对加强该地区旅游资源进一步开发的各种内外部保障体系建设要点,进而有针对性地探讨了具体的实现手段。The Momoge national nature reserve has dominant character and important value on biodiver- sity, species representation and habitat primitiveness, so we must follow the protection first principle to this area＇ s traveling development and has the manner which is extremely careful. This article bases on the situation of wetlands eco -tourism of protective exploitation and some questions exist now in this loca- tion, proposed to strengthens each kind of internal and external mainly construction point of safeguard system during the area＇ s tourist resources further develop, and then has a target - oriented discussion of concrete method.
