摘　　要：介绍了"天然气欧佩克"提出的背景和相关国家的反应及其最新动向。俄罗斯、伊朗和卡塔尔在其他天然气开采国支持下拟创建类似欧佩克组织的想法引起各国关注,其建立"天然气欧佩克"的着眼点在于拟订世界天然气市场游戏规则并按其规定的合同气价出售天然气。为有利于我国今后与相关供气国的合作,深入了解俄罗斯等国对"天然气欧佩克"的真实想法及其行动很有必要。Based on forming background of idea of OPEC-style natural gas cartel,reactions of relevant countries on this issue and its latest development trend,issue of OPEC-style natural gas cartel is detailed interpreted.The fact is Russia,Iran and Qatar tend to form a natural gas cartel rivaling what OPEC has done for oil under some other natural gas producers.Apparently,what they want is to make up world rules of natural gas market and trading natural gas with the regulated contract price.However,in order to guarantee future cooperation with other gas producers,it' scartel necessary for China to recognize the true intention on natural gas and the further activities of gas producers such as Russia.
