摘　　要：胶东沿海地区渔村在村落空间、道路结构、院落布局、单体形式等构成要素具有鲜明的地域文化特征。通过分析传统渔村村落与民居的发展现状,提出了要依据传统渔村村落与民居的形成条件和发展历史,采取有针对性的保护及更新措施:选择性保留、创造性改造和适时性更新。The traditional fishing village and dwelling house of Eastern Shandong have the characteristics of region culture on the village space, road structure, courtyard arrangement and dwelling house form. Based on analysis of the current situation, this article suggests taking the pointed measure to protect and upgrade the traditional fishing village and dwelling house. According to the difference of forming terms and history process, we should adopt the measures of alternative keeping, creative transformation and dynamical upgrading.
