摘 要:对已入编《中国稻种资源目录》和国家种质库的贵州地方品种1362份和育成品种19份进行了碾磨、营养和理化品质指标分析。结果表明,贵州丰富的稻种资源中品质差异大,但蕴藏着极为珍贵的优异种质。有理化品质且综合性状较好的品种,亦有高蛋白质含量和高赖氨酸含量的品种。相关分析表明:碾磨、营养及理化三项品质性状相关不显著;而糙米率与精米率、粗蛋白含量与赖氨酸含量、直链淀粉含量与胶稠度之间呈显著相关。品质性状间的独立遗传属性为品质育种中亲本选择与利用提供了理论依据。With the analysis about quality characters of 1362 local varieties and 19 bred ones edited into Bank of China National Rice Germplasm Resources,the general information can be concluded that there were various and colorful types of rice germplasm resources in Guizhou,but difference of their quality characters was much significant.Of them,chemi physical quality showed much better especially in upland rice varieties such as Dahongjiao.Through analysis about the correlations among the economic characters,the opposite correlations between brown rice and milled rice,crude protein and lysine content,amylase content and gel consistency are significant.Nutrient quality didn't relate to milling quality.These characteristics of elite germplasm resources can be utilized in rice breeding to improve the quality characters and to promote the development of quality of rice production.
