数据包络分析法在建筑设计企业监管中的应用

摘　　要：我国的建筑安全问题和建筑质量纠纷逐年增多,进一步加强对建筑设计企业的监管是管理者应研究和解决的重要课题。将施工图设计中的"不良记录"与企业及设计人员的资质挂钩,建立企业及设计人员资质的动态监管模式。运用数据包络分析法,通过企业及设计人员的业绩和审查中发现的"不良记录",对企业设计人员做出综合评价,并结合天津市建筑设计企业情况进行实证分析,为企业改进效率提供依据。In China, more and more construction safety problems and disputes about the quality of buildings occurred. It is important to enhance the management of the architectural design institutes, Connecting ＂bad record＂ to the level of architectural design institutes,we established the management system of Tianjin＇s survey and design market,and new dynamic management mode was formed. Using the data envelope analysis （DEA） method,the instances just like the ＂bad record＂ and achievements were used to analyze the architectural design institute in Tianjin.
