摘 要:采用室内模拟培养的试验方法,研究添加不同用量(2%,4%和6%)蘑菇渣和鸡粪分解对土壤外源铜形态变化的影响。结果表明:与对照(不添加有机物料处理)相比,蘑菇渣和鸡粪两处理均降低了松结合态铜的百分含量,降低幅度为6%处理>4%处理>2%处理,蘑菇渣处理的降低幅度大于鸡粪处理。在培养过程中,添加蘑菇渣和鸡粪的处理土壤松结合态铜百分含量呈现下降-上升-下降的趋势。蘑菇渣和鸡粪两处理均增加了可交换态铜和铁锰氧化物结合态铜的百分含量,对可交换态铜的提高作用显著(P<0.01),提高幅度为4%处理>2%处理>6%处理,对铁锰氧化物结合态铜的提高幅度为4%处理>6%处理>2%处理,鸡粪处理提高幅度大于蘑菇渣处理;蘑菇渣处理和鸡粪处理显著降低了碳酸盐结合态铜的百分含量(P<0.01),降低幅度6%处理>4%处理>2%处理,蘑菇渣处理降低幅度大于鸡粪处理,碳酸盐结合态铜的降低,是松结合态铜含量降低的主要原因。蘑菇渣和鸡粪两处理显著增加了有机结合态铜百分含量(P<0.01),增加幅度为6%处理>4%处理>2%处理,蘑菇渣处理的增加幅度要大于鸡粪处理。The effects of spend mushroom compost and chicken manure of different application amount 2%, 4%,6% on speciation of extraneous copper in soil was investigated in the lab simulated conditions. The resuits showed that: Compared to CK, the percentage of Relax-combined Cu of spend mushroom compost treatments and chicken manure treatments were declined, the declined scope was 6%〉4%〉2%, the spend mushroom compost treatment was declined more than chicken manure. During the cultivation, the percentage of Relax-combined Cu of spend mushroom compost and chicken manure treatments performed declined first then increased and finally declined. The percentage of Exc-Cu and Bound to iron and manganese Oxides- Cu were increased of spend mushroom compost and chicken manure treatments, the increased scope of Exc- Cu was remarkably(P〈0. 01) ,the scope was 4%〉2%〉6%, and the increased scope of Bound to iron and manganese Oxides-Cu was 4 %〉 6 %〉 2%, the chicken manure treatment was increased more than spend mushroom compost. The percentage of Bound to Carbonate-Cu were declined remarkable of spend mushroom compost and chicken manure treatments(P〈0.01), the declined scope of was 6%〉4%〉2%, the spend mushroom compost treatment was declined more than chicken manure, the declined of Bound to Carbonate- Cu contents was the mostly reason of the Relax-combined Cu declined. The percentage of Bound to Organic matter-Cu of spend mushroom compost and chicken manure treatments increased remarkably(P〈0.01), while the increased scope was 6%〉4%〉2%, the spend mushroom compost was increased more than chicken manure treatment.
