普伐他汀联合杏丁注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及C-反应蛋白的影响

摘  要:目的观察不同剂量普伐他汀联合杏丁注射液早期应用对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及C-反应蛋白(C—reactiveprotein,CRP)的影响,探讨其对不稳定型心绞痛的改善情况及临床应用的安全性。方法选择入院后诊断为不稳定型心绞痛的患者48例,随机分为4组:①A组常规治疗加普伐他汀20mg(12例);②B组常规治疗加普伐他汀20mg及杏丁(11例);③C组常规治疗加普伐他汀40mg(13例);④D组常规治疗加普伐他汀40mg及杏丁(12例)。分别在确诊后、治疗3周后检查血脂及CRP的水平并记录用药后不良反应。结果与治疗前相比,不稳定型心绞痛患者在分别接受上述治疗后,TC、LDL—C及CRP水平均有不同程度的降低(P〈0.05)。与A组相比,其余3组的血脂、CRP水平均有不同程度的降低(P〈0.05),D组的降低水平最为明显(P〈0.01);与B组相比,C、D组的血脂、CRP水平也有一定的降低,D组的治疗作用最为明显。结论普伐他汀可以通过降低血脂及CRP水平来达到治疗不稳定型心绞痛的作用,加用杏丁注射液后,其作用更为明显且临床用药的不良反应发生率很低。Objective To observe the influence of different doses of Pravastatin with combination of Xingding injection on levels of serum lipid and CRP in patients with unstable angina. Methods 48 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into four groups: group A (n = 12) were given 20mg/d Pravastatin ; group B ( n = 11 ) were given 20mg/d Pravastatin and30ml Xingding injection ; group C (n = 13 ) were given 40mg/d Pravastatin; group D (n = 12) were given 40mg/d Pravastatin and 30ml Xingding injection. 3 weeks after treatment, serum lipid and CRP were detected. Results The levels of serum lipid and CRP decreased respectively in the four groups after the treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Levels of serum lipid and CRP decreased significantly in the 40mg group than in the 20mg group, and a remarkable significance was found in combination with Xingding injection group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Different doses of Pravastatin may improve unstable angina through decreasing levels of serum lipid and CRP, and the combined use with Xingding injection has a better effect.
