加强二次手术管理 提高医疗质量

摘　　要：目的通过对二次手术的专项管理,减少手术并发症,提高手术质量。方法定期统计分析"二进宫"手术情况,了解二次手术的发生科室和原因,比较全院及各手术科室每月二次手术的发生率,加强对手术科室的过程性管理,从而确保医疗安全。结果自2005年2月—2007年12月,共开展手术61022例,其中,二次手术299例。二次手术发生率较高的科室是心外科、胸外科和神经外科。通过对二次手术的专项管理,二次手术的发生率明显下降。结论二次手术专项管理,有利于提高手术质量。Objective To improve medical quality and to decrease surgical complications by enhancing re-operation management. Medthods To understand all the re-operative departments in our hospital and the reason of the second surgery by statistical analysis. Comparing the rate of re-operation in different departments every month, to enhance the processive management and to ensure the medical safety. Results 299 in 61 022 patients received re-operation in our hospital from Feb.2005 to Dec. 2007, The departments with high rate of re-operation in our hospital are Cardio-surgery, Thoracic Surgery and Neurosurgery, And the rate of re-operation decreased obviously by the management.Conclusion The management to re-operation decreased the rate of second surgery, and it was useful for improving, the medical quality.
