摘　　要：南京军区南京总医院既担负着平时为军民就诊保健康,又被赋予了应对各种突发公共卫生事件和完成战时卫勤保障的任务。门急诊是医院接触病人最早的部门,做好平战结合的战创伤门急诊服务体系流程再造,优化救治流程,创新救治流程理念,是应对各种突发公共卫生事件和完成好战时卫勤保障的关键。The working task of our hospital was not only providing health care for the people and Soldier in peace time, but also being safeguard in wartime and the outburst issue of public health. Because the outpatient department and emergency room were the earliest place to accept patients, the business process reengineer ng which can be used in peacetime as well as in wartime was the key point.
