摘　　要：居民在既缺乏外在吸引和约束,又缺乏必要的信息和就医行为的合理引导情况下,不可能优先考虑到社区卫生服务机构就诊,也不会考虑康复期转回社区接受后续治疗。可以通过鼓励和引导患者到社区卫生服务机构就诊,并增加双向转诊工作的透明度与知晓率来改善现状。Lack of residents in both attracting and external constraints, ack of necessary information and reasonable medical treatment acts to guide the case, it is impossible to give priority to community health services for medical, rehabilitation period will not consider the follow-up treatment back to the community to accept. It＇s necessary to en- courage and guide patients to community health services for treatment and to increase the transparency and awareness of tow-wav referral to imorove the status quo.
