摘　　要：以木犀草素为原料,通过Vilsmeier反应和缩合反应,设计合成了未见文献报道的两个新型木犀草素衍生物,即3′,4′,7-三氯-5-羟基黄酮及其席夫碱3′,4′,7-三氯-5-羟基黄酮缩甲胺,并通过质谱(ESI-MS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)等现代分析手段对所得两个新化合物进行了结构表征。Two new luteolin derivatives were synthesised using luteolin as raw materials by Vilsmeier reaction and the condensation reaction. The synthetic compounds will extend applications of natural active ingredient luteolin. Two new luteolin derivatives were 3＇, 4＇ , 7 - trichloro -5 - hydroxy - flavone and its Schiff base 3＇, 4＇, 7 - trichloro - 5 - hydroxy - flavone which have not been founded so far. The structure of new compounds was analysised by mass spectrometry （ ESI - MS）, infrared spectroscopy （ FT - IR）, nuclear magnetic resonance NMR （ ^1H - NMR）.
