摘  要:以45钢为基体,详细介绍了Ni-W合金的电刷镀工艺,通过观察镀层表面形貌和组织特征,并经过试验分析,得出镀层组织致密度高,硬度高,耐磨性好,与基体结合牢靠的结论。最后,在实验的基础上提出了利用复合镀修复零件的新思路。The paper firstly introduced brush plating process of Ni-W alloy, using 45 steel as matrix.Coating surface morophology and organization features were carefully observed.By the experiments and analysises, coating organization density was high,as well as hardness.In addition, there was good wear resistance and reliable with the combination of matrix.Finally,it produced a new idea of using composite plating to repair the component on the base of the experiment.
