铁路货车挖潜提效的主要途径及其发展的思考

摘　　要：介绍了铁路货车通过提升运载能力、提高使用效率、降低维修成本等主要途径实施挖潜提效的措施及取得的成效,分析了货车挖潜提效深入发展面临的主要问题,提出了加快发展重载运输和专用货车、完善检修车管理以及进一步优化列检生产力布局等建议及措施。The measures to tap the potentialities and improve the efficiency of railway freight cars through such main ways as improving transport capacity,improving operation efficiency and reducing maintenance cost are described.The main problems in tapping the potentialities,improving the efficiency and developing in depth of the freight cars are analyzed.Suggestions and measures are given in speeding the development of heavy haul transport and special freight cars,perfecting the administration of cars in inspection and repair,and further optimizing the overall arrangement of productive forces in train inspection.
