摘 要:用HAAKERV3流变仪对国产J783钻头脂高温流变特性所作的测定表明,这种钻头脂在高温时表现为典型的Bingham流体。根据实测结果建立了J783钻头脂的流变模型。利用Bingham非牛顿流体重载线接触弹性流体动压润滑的有关理论,并考虑钻头轴承表面的粗糙度,分析研究了新型圆锥滚子轴承高速牙轮钻头的润滑状态和典型工况下钻头轴承的脂润滑膜厚度。结果表明,新型高速牙轮钻头的圆锥滚子轴承处于边界润滑状态,钻头脂中的MoS2和Sb2O3起主要润滑作用。由此可见,有必要在所有牙轮钻头的滚动轴承表面采取强化措施,以提高边界润滑条件下钻头轴承摩擦副的抗摩擦磨损性能。The rheological behavior of a bit's grease at high temperature was tested by using HAAKE RV3 rheometer. The grease behaves like typical Bingham fluid, and the relevant rheological model is given. The lubrication of the bearing of new high-speed cone bit is analyzed by using the highly-loaded line-contact EHD lubrication theory of Bingham fluid and considering the roughness of the contacting surfaces of the bearing. The lubricating condition is determined.The lubricahng grease film thickness between the tapered rollers and the raceway under typical working condition is studied. The result of calculation shows that the lubricahon of the bit's bearing is under a boundary condition, and MoS2 and Sb2O3 in the bit's grease play an important role. Therefore measures for strengthening the surface of the roller bearing should be adopted to improve the frictional wear resistance of the bearing under the boundary condition.
