摘 要:为提高往复式无油润滑压缩机填料环的可靠性和使用寿命,在改进的立式空气压缩机上试验研究了填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、30%炭纤维增强PTFE和炭/炭纤维浸渍PTFE 3种不同材料的瞬时摩擦力随曲轴转角的变化规律,并分析了密封压力和活塞平均速度对其平均摩擦力的影响.结果表明,在活塞的运动方向突然发生转向后,填料环随着填料装置的周期性振动而振动.采用多点快速傅里叶转换(FFT)对试验数据进行处理,可以减小振动对摩擦力的影响,从而得到近似的摩擦力测量值.虽然摩擦力受活塞平均速度的影响因材料的不同而不同,但均随密封压力的增加而近似呈线性增大.Friction force of three materials of packing rings was experimentally investigated to enhance the reliability and extend the service life for oil-free reciprocating compressors. The change of instantaneous friction force with various crankshaft angle was researched and the effect of sealing pressure and mean piston speed on friction force was analyzed. The rings, which are respectively made in common filled polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE), PTFE filled with 30% carbon fiber, and carbon/carbon composites with PTFE infiltrated, were tested in an improved vertical gas compressor arrangement. The results indicate that the packing rings vibrate with the periodic vibration of pressure packing after the travel direction of motion abruptly turns to the reverse direction. Approximate value of friction force is obtained by multiple-point fast Fourier transformation employed to process the experimental results with significantly reducing the impact of vibration. The impact of mean piston velocity on friction force varies with the different materials, however, friction force exhibits near-linearly augment with the increasing sealing pressure.
