摘　　要：就SP如何针对中国移动的ISMG,开发基于CMPP协议的SMSP平台,实现短信的收发,给出了具体的网络通讯程序。它实现了以TCP/IP协议为底层通信承载,CMPP协议为基础的SP端与ISMG之间的通讯模型。程序使用MFC多线程技术开发,主要功能都用单独的线程实现,保证了功能独立性及程序的执行效率。网络操纵部分将代码封装成动态链接库,保证了代码的安全及重用度。Develops the SMSP platform based on the CMPP protocol which is able to send and receive messages, gives the specific procedures for network communications. It implements a TCP/ IP protocol for underlying communications bearer, CMPP agreement SP-based client and the communication model between ISMG. Procedures for the use of MFC multi-threading technology development, the main features are a separate thread to achieve, and ensures the functional independence and efficiency in the implementation process. Network manipulation of part of the code packaged as dynamic link library, and ensure the security of the code and reuse degrees.
