摘　　要：针对剪销封隔器造成测试成功率低的问题 ,设计了一种新型跨隔封隔器。它采用下接头上设有数个弹性爪 ,心轴下部设一台阶 ,台阶支撑在弹性爪上。当遇阻压力或坐封压力形成的向外张力大于弹性爪张力时 ,弹性爪向外张开 ,心轴下行 ,压缩胶筒坐封。上提管柱 ,心轴上行 ,台阶又支撑在弹性爪上 ,胶筒收缩。实践证明该跨隔封隔器测试一次成功率高 ,不怕遇阻坐封或开井 ,性能稳定可靠 。A new type straddle packer is designed because the shear packer makes the success ratio low.Several elastic claws are set on the bottom junction,a stage is set on the bottom the mandrel and the stage is sustained on the elastic claws.When the tension formed by the setting pressure is greater than the tension of the elastic claws,the elastic claws open outwards,the mandrel goes down and the compression packing element is set.When the tube is raised,the mandrel goes up and the stage is sustained on the elastic claws again,moreover the packing element constrict.The facts prove that the straddle packer is of high sucess ratio and stable performance.It is an ideal formation testing equipment at present.
