新型油井粘土分散剂聚丙烯酸钠的制备及分散性能研究

摘　　要：介绍了油井粘土颗粒分散剂及其分散机理，制备了聚合物类油井粘土分散剂-聚丙烯酸钠，并探讨了反应温度、引发剂和调聚剂用量对产物性能的影响。另外，用透光率指数法、粘土称重法和粒度分析法对其分散性能做了综合评价。Oil well clay particle dispersant and its dispersing mechanism were introduced. Polymeric oil wellclay particle dispersant sodium polyacrylate were synthesized. The effects of reaction temperature,amount of initiator and cotelmer on product were investigated. In addition, dispersing performances ofthis kind of dispersant were evaluated with light transmission ratio index method, clay weight methodand granularrnetric analysis method.
