摘　　要：分析了采煤机截割部弹性扭矩轴特性与主要参数的关系,并结合具体扭矩轴的设计参数进行了实例的类比分析,给出了以扭转静强度设计为主、扭转疲劳强度校核为辅的功能设计方法。引入设计参变量,形成系列设计方案和方案的优选,提供的设计方法简明、适用,对弹性扭矩轴的规范设计具有一定的参考价值。The paper analyses the relationship of characteristics of the flexible torque axis in the shear and the main parameters, makes an analogy analysis for the case combining with the parameters of the specific torque axis, gives the functional design method which refers to the static strength as ftrst and the torsional fatigue strength as second. By introducing the design parameters, it forms a design series and the optional method, provides the simple and practical design, and offers the reference to the standard design of the flexible torque axis.
