摘  要:零件的形位精度包括零件的形状精度和位置精度。零件图中的公差值体现了零件的设计精度,合理的公差既能保证产品的质量,又能降低生产成本、在调度运输绞车设计过程中,零件的位置精度要求一般是通过合理标注零件图中的位置公差来体现的。在现场实际生产中,对零件图中位置公差的标注或理解尚存在一定难度的情况下,介绍了自由度规律及如何运用自由度规律去分析零件图中位置公差及其公差带图,并通过一个实例辅以说明,从而为设计和工艺人员提供了一种简便而准确的位置公差的标注和理解方法。The form and position accuracy of parts includes the form accuracy and the position accuracy. The tolerance of detail drawing reflects the design accuracy of parts. A reasonable toler- ance can ensure the quality of products as well as reduce the products cost. The position accuracy of parts is reflected through the reasonable dimensioning of detail drawing in the design of haulage winch. In the production process, there are still some difficulties to understand the from accuracy of detail drawing. The law of freedom and how to use it to analyze the position tolerance and the tolerance zone are introduced. The application of the law of.freedom is illustrated through an example, so as to provide a sample and accurate way to understand the dimensioning position tolerance.
