摘 要:为适应矿井环境及自动排水系统的需要,研究了一种缸控液压闸阀。通过建立液压系统的控制模型,分析了系统的动态特性,并结合矿井实际情况,针对具体排水系统,对缸控闸阀的动态响应进行分析。研究表明,缸控闸阀具有良好的稳定性及动态响应特性,能够满足矿井自动排水系统的要求。The gate valve controlled by the hydraulic cylinder is investigated to make the drainage system suitably used in coal mining. Based on the control model of the hydraulic system, the dy- namic characteristics of the system are discussed. As a result, the dynamic responses of the cylin- der-controlled gate valve are analyzed as the mining condition and the specific drainage systems are taken into account. The investigation shows that the gate valve controlled by hydraulic cylinder has efficient stability and responding characteristics, which are suitable to the automatic mine drainage system.
