水杨酸对高温强光下小麦抗氧化及光合作用的影响  被引量:9

Effects of Salicylic Acid on Antioxidant Metabolism and Photosynthesis of Wheat Leaves under Heat and Irradiance Stress

摘  要:以浓度为0.5 mmol/L的水杨酸(SA)水溶液喷施灌浆期小麦叶片,然后进行高温强光胁迫处理,研究SA对高温强光下小麦叶片氧化损伤及光合机构运转的影响。结果表明,SA能有效防护高温强光所致的氧化损伤,维持较高的SOD和APX活性,减少H2O2的积累,抑制脂质过氧化作用。明显减轻高温强光胁迫对光合机构的破坏,维持较高的PSⅡ原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和净光合速率(Pn)。The wheat leaves at grain-filling stage were sprayed with 0. 5mmol/L of salicylic acid (SA) and then treated with high temperature and high irradiance to study the effects of salicylic acid (SA) on active oxygen metabolism and operation of photosynthetic apparatus in wheat leaves. The results showed that SA could maintain higher activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX),and reduce the contents of H2O2 and malondialdehyde (MDA), indicating that SA protected wheat leaves from oxidative damage caused by heat and high irradiance stress. Meanwhile, SA could alleviate the damage of heat and high irradiance to photosynthetic apparatus,and maintain higher Fv/Fm (maximum photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ ), ФvsⅡ (factual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ ), qp ( non-photochemical quenching of chlorophyll fluorescence) and Pn (net photosynthetic rate) .
