摘　　要：研究涤纶织物化学镀前的活化工艺,讨论活化处理中活化时间、温度、活化液浓度等因素对壳聚糖载体层吸附螯合贵金属钯的影响,采用活化液特征波段吸光度、化学镀后织物表面电阻、增重率、XRD进行表征,并对化学镀后镀层的耐摩擦牢度进行了测试。该活化方法方便简单,仅消耗少量的贵金属,而且效果令人满意。On the basis of preliminary studies, the influence of activation time, temperature ancl the concentration of PdCl2 on the adsorption of Pd （ Ⅱ ） onto chitosan layer was discussed in this paper. All samples were characterized by △A, the resistance of polyester fabric after electroless plating, weight percentage gain and XRD, the color fastness to rubbing of the alloy layer was also tested. This activation method is convenient and simple, only consumes very few amount of precious metal . The result of activation was pleased.
