利用分散油田气制甲醇的橇装式系列装置

摘　　要：油田开采中的伴生气大都量小而分散，致使无法回收贮存而烧掉。据估计每年浪费资源达１０×１０８ｍ３以上。为了使宝贵资源得到回收利用，建议采用国内先进的甲醇生产技术，设计组合成流程短、设备少、投资省、施工安装和拆迁方便的模块橇装式生产甲醇装置系列，包括０５×１０４～４×１０４ｔ／ｄ的多种规模组合设备，为回收气量从２×１０４～１６×１０４ｍ３／ｄ，以回收分散油田放空烧掉的油田伴生气并将其制成液体甲醇。甲醇系重要的有机化工原料，可供深度加工一系列广泛用于工业、农业和日常生活的产品。甲醇液体易于贮存运输，也可供作燃料。这种橇装式甲醇装置，具有搬迁运输和组合的灵活性，只需一次性投入，可长期发挥投资效益。推广这种设备不但能变废为宝、消除环境污染，还能取得明显的经济效益和社会环境效益。China is rich in oil and gas resources,which are widely distributed all over the country.Most of the associated gas coming from oil production are with a small amount and dispersal,thus causing them not to be recovered and stored but to be burned.By estimation,the wasted gas resources attain to more than a thousand million annually.In order to recover and utilize such valuable resources,it is suggested to design and compose the modular skid mounted serial units of making methyl alcohol by adopting the domestic advanced technique in China.These units are of a short flow process and a few equipments,being convenient to be installed in need of a small investment,dismounted and moved in operation,including multiple-sized assembly equipments,by which the liquid methyl alcohol production rates of 0 5×10 4～4×10 4t/a can be obtained through recovering the despersive associated gas with the rates of 2×10 4～16×10 4 m 3/d which were burned in the air in the past during oil field development.Methyl alcohol is an important organic chemical raw material,by which a series of products being widely used for industry,agriculture and daily life can be deeply processed.Liquid methyl alcohol is easy to be stored and transferred,being also able to be taken as a fuel.These skid mounted units of making methyl alcohol have the flexibility in moving,transferring and combining.Once an investment is made,the investment benefit will be developed over a long period of time.By popularizing these equipments,not only the waste material can be changed into valuable things and the environmental pollution can be eliminated but also the obvious economic,social and environmental benefits can be obtained.
