低温淬火加热保温时间的等效公式及应用

摘　　要：4Cr5MoSiV1（H13）和Cr12型钢在实际生产中采用低温淬火加热，低温加热淬火获得高的韧性和强度。本文论述了低温淬火时的奥氏体化的工艺参数采用公式t1／t2=exp[-Q／R×（1／T2-1/T1）］计算，生产实践证明：这个公式能很好地满足制订工艺的需要。On the practice of producing, low austenitising temperature quenching processes of 4Cr5MoSiV1（H13） and Cr12 type steel have been done. low temperature austenitisiation helps to achieve a higher toughness and strength. This paper discusses low temperature austenitisiation process parameters are given by a equivalent formula t1/t2 = exp [-Q/R ×（1/T2-1/T1） ]. The results of application show that the equivalent formula can satisfy nicely the demand for choosing process parameters.
