摘　　要：在齐鲁石化３０万吨乙烯工业装置脱丙烷塔上进行了ＲＩＰＰ－１４０２阻聚剂的工业试验，连续运行１２５天。从再沸器运转周期、蒸汽阀开度、蒸汽消耗量、脱丙烷塔各项主要操作参数和再沸器及脱丙烷塔的结垢量等主要技术指标考察，表明ＲＩＰＰ－１４０２阻聚剂性能全面达到和超过进口同类产品。在工业装置上两年的应用结果进一步证明了工业试验的结论。ommercial　tests　of　RIPP1402　antifoulant　were　carried　out　in　depropanizer　and　reboilers　of　Qilu　30×104t/a　ethylene　plant.After　running　for　125　days　with　RIPP1402　the　plant　was　still　in　good　condition,as　compared　to　the　best　historical　record　of　114　days　of　the　reference　antifoulant　on　the　same　equipment.The　commercial　application　of　RIPP1402　antifoulant　in　the　ethylene　plant　indicates　that　steam　consumption　in　the　reboiler　is　steady,and　the　equipment　runs　normally　and　that　RIPP1402　is　more　effective　than　current　reference　antifoulants.
