摘  要:采用偏心炉底垂直出钢技术的电炉,能否真正实现无渣出钢,与电炉的回倾速度有决定性的关系。抚钢从德国引进的50t超高功率电炉回倾速度慢,经常引起“下渣”、“跑钢”事故,每年造成经济损失百万余元。为提高电炉回倾速度,应用比例控制技术理论;对倾动液压系统进行全面分析计算,结合现场测试,提出对系统不做任何改造,不增加投资,只须用提高比例阀控制电流,加大比例阀开口度,将电炉回倾速度由原设计的1.5°/s提高到3°/s。实践证明,这是一种十分有效的方法,实现了无渣出钢。这对解决同类问题有一定的实用价值。Wether electric furnace which tap steel off perpendicularly through eccentric base can realiz real no-slag tapping is decided by STV of the furnace. Because the STV of 50 t UHP furnace imported from Germany by Fushun steel plant is very slow, it usually causes “slagout”,“badly bleeding”, which result economic loses of million yuan. In order to enhance the STV of the furnace, by applying proportional control theory, and computing throughly on the tilting hydraulic pressure system according to on-the-spot test. A method which needs to modify nothing and needs no capital invest was found. Only by enhancing control electric current of proportional value, and enlarging the degree of perforating of proportional value, the STV improof from 1.5°/s to 3°/s can be achieved. This is an effective method. It also has practical value for similar problem.
