摘 要:介绍了水平井砾石充填防砂物理模拟和数值模拟的实验研究。利用大型实尺寸模拟试验装置,对水平井砾石充填机理作物理模拟试验,掌握了砾石砂浆在水平井中的流动状态、砾石的沉积规律、充填过程和影响水平井砾石充填效果的相关因素,其中主要相关因素有充填排量、携砂液性能、砂比和防砂管柱结构等。在物模基础上,根据水平井砾石沉积规律和充填过程,建立了水平井砾石充填数学模型,从理论上对水平井砾石充填进行了系统的数值模拟研究。结果表明:充填排量大于450L/min、砂比(体积比)3%、冲/筛比(冲管外径/筛管外径)大于0.8、携砂液为水或囟水的情况下,水平井砾石充填率达到100%,物模与数模拟合率达90%。为水平井砾石充填防砂设计提供了优化设计参数。The paper presents laboratory research on the physical simulation and numerical simulation of the gravel packing sand control in the horizontal well. Using the large scale simulating experimental apparatus, we made the physical simulation experiment on gravel packing mechanism in horizontal well. The flow state of gravel slurry in horizontal well , gravel deposition pattern, packing process and the correlative factors influenced on gravel packing effect in horizontal well are understood. The main correlative factors are packing discharge, sand carrier property, sand ratio concentration and sand control tubing string structure. Based on the physical simulation and according to the gravel deposition pattern and packing process, the mathematical model of gravel packing in horizontal well has been established. The systematic numerical simulation research in theory on gravel packing in horizontal well has been carried out. The research results showed that upon the condition of the packing discharge more than 450L/min, sand ratio (volume ratio) 3%, outside diameter ratio of washing pipe to screen pipe more than 0.8, and water or brine as sand carrier, the gravel packing efficiency in horizontal well is 100%, matching coefficient between the physical and numerical simulation is 90%. It provided the optimum design parameters for gravel packing sand control design in horizontal well.
