摘  要:模拟中国硫酸型酸雨情况,以普通硅酸盐水泥空白砂浆为参比体系,研究了采用矿渣水泥对于改善混凝土抗酸雨侵蚀性能的影响,分别从质量损失率、抗压强度、抗折强度和微观显微分析手段研究了各项性能变化规律。研究结果表明:矿渣水泥对于提高混凝土抵抗酸雨腐蚀性能有明显改善效果。在本试验条件下,砂浆试块在模拟酸雨环境中浸泡150d后,与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,矿渣水泥混凝土其质量损失率降低了31%,抗压强度提高了27%,抗折强度提高了16.7%;同时通过SEM显微观察发现,矿渣水泥混凝土经过酸雨腐蚀后,晶体生长良好,大量C-S-H凝胶呈卷云状,且凝胶体之间相互重叠,形成比较致密的浆体结构,能较好地抵御酸雨的侵蚀。The experiment simulated Chinese sulfate acid rain situation, which taking ordinary Portland cement sample to be the contrastive system researched the slag cement' s ability to improve the concrete' s property of resisting acid rain.Through macroscopic and microscopic test methods we studied the change law of various properties.The results indicated that, the slag cement had the optimal effect of resisting acid rain.Under this experimental condition,When the mortar specimen soaked 150 d in the simulation acid rain environment,compared with the ordinary Portland cement,the concrete which used slag cement its mass loss rate had reduced 31% ,the compressive strength enhanced 21.4% ,the flexural strength enhanced 16.7%;Meanwhile through the scanning electron microscope observation discovered that the slag cement concrete alter the acid rain corrosion,the crystal grown well, and much of C-S-H gel is cirrus.Crystals overlapped each other, formed the compact pasts structure, which can resist acid rain well .
