抗泛霜类可再分散胶粉在景观混凝土中的应用

摘　　要：利用抗泛霜类再分散胶粉在景观混凝土中应用,通过5%以内的不同掺量的可再分散胶粉对水泥基材料改性效果的对比,对水泥基材料掺入抗泛霜类可再分散胶粉与氧化铁红对其表面进行观察与测试。探索不同灰砂比对硬化浆体强度的影响,以及掺羟乙基甲基纤维素对硬化浆体黏结性能的影响,研究表明:当可再分散胶粉的掺量控制在一定范围内时,掺1%的胶粉的28d抗压强度达到88MPa。若掺入过多胶粉,体系中柔性组分作用增加,掺5%的胶粉的28d抗折强度达到10.1MPa;在相同龄期内,可再分散聚合物水泥基材料的强度随着灰砂比的增大而增大;掺0.5%的羟乙基甲基纤维素和可再分散胶粉复合使用不仅提高了材料的保水性,而且增加了黏结强度,黏结强度可达4MPa左右。抗泛霜类可再分散胶粉显著地改善了水泥砂浆表面的泛白情况,将其应用于景观混凝土和相应建筑雕塑领域中具有重要意义。The application of resisting frost mist redispersible polymer powder in architectural sculpture was concentrated.Through the modified effect contrast ofredispersible polymer powder which mixed to cement-based materials within 5%,the influence of cement-sand ratio to harden cement paste＇s strength, effect of hydroxyethyl methylcellulose on bonding properties of harden cement paste, especially for the observation and test of this material＇s surface when resisting frost mist redispersible polymer powder and iron oxides red were mixed into it.As the results shown,compressive strength of harden cement paste with 1% polymer powder was as high as 88 MPa at 28 d age if the additive redispersible polymer powder quantities were within some limits.Over-adding will increase the effect of flexible composition, flexural strength of harden cement paste with 5% polymer powder was as high as 10.1 MPa at 28 d age; the redispersible polymer cement material＇s strength increased with increasing the cement-sand ratio at the same age; 0.5% hydroxyethyl methylcellulose mixed with redispersible glue-powder not only improved water holding capacity,but also increased bond strength which can reach about 4 MPa.Resisting frost mist redispersible glue-powder can largely improve the pantothenic alkali of cement mortar surface;the application of resisting frost mist redispersible polymer powder in architectural sculpture is of great importance.
