摘 要:设计并开发了集传感器技术、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、工控机和虚拟仪器于一体的计算机辅助电液比例变量泵自动测控系统。采用了速度闭环、压力闭环和流量闭环的控制方法,保证了电液比例变量泵在稳态测试过程中各参数的精度达到小于1%的要求。运用虚拟仪器技术实现了电液比例变量泵动静态综合性能的测试,主要包括基本性能测试、压力流量滞回曲线测试以及压力流量阶跃响应测试。现场测试结果表明,该测控系统具有较高的测试精度和效率,能及时发现系统动作异常并可以进行自我保护。An automatic testing and control system for electo-hydraulic proportional displacement pump with computer aided test is designed and developed, including sensor technology, programmable logic controller, industry PC and virtual instrument. The precision of all parameters is assured by speed, pressure and flow closed loop. By using virtual instrument technology, the testing of the over-all properties including static and dynamic characteristics of the electo-hydraulic proportional displacement pump is realized, mainly comprising fundamental performance test, pressure and flow control hysteresis test as well as pressure and flow response test. It turns out to be a higher accurate and efficient test system in practice. During the test, an abnormal output can be detected immediately, at the same time self protection is carried out.
