摘  要:针对变电站系统的一般结构,提出变电站逻辑的自适应算法,自适应计算的任务是根据SCADA实时数据库中的遥信值将变电站通用拓扑结构分解为若干个通用电压/无功控制(VQC)模型;给出了通用VQC模型动态计算流程,论述了在实际应用中的改进措施。基于所提出的算法,选择由九区域图改进形成的十七区域图控制策略作为基本控制策略,同时在控制目标与控制方式的选择、闭锁逻辑的配置、电压与无功定值的计算、电容器组的投/切等方面进行了改进。以JBK3000变电站自动化系统为平台,研制了主站VQC系统,其动模实验验证了其有效性。According to the general structure of substation system, an adaptive algorithm of substation logic is proposed, which decomposes the general structure of substation system dynamically into several general models of voltage/reactive power control (VQC) according to the binary signals in SCADA real database. The algorithm flowchart is presented and the improving measures in actual application are discussed. Based on it, the seventeen-area control strategy, based on the nine-area control strategy, is selected as the primary control strategy, which is improved in the selection of control objective and mode, the configuration of interlock logic, the setting calculation of voltage and reactive power and the control of capacitor set. Based on the platform of JBK3000 substation automation system, the master station VQC system is developed and the dynamic simulative experiment proves its validity.
