摘 要:针对非均匀的同杆并架双回线路,提出一种基于均匀传输线路分布参数模型的故障测距方法。该方法利用故障线路两端同步采样的电压和电流量,考虑了输电线路分布电容电流的影响,根据同杆线路发生单线或跨线故障时从故障点两侧各自计算的正序电压和负序电压之和相等的等量关系,然后利用相电压、电流与其零序分量之间的关系给出测距方案,进行精确故障测距。该方法的特点是考虑了非均匀同杆双回线的跨线故障,能够确定非均匀同杆双回线的单线故障以及跨线故障。PSCAD仿真结果表明,该测距方法对于非均匀同杆双回线的故障定位非常准确。并且所给出的故障测距方案不受负荷电流、过渡电阻大小、系统阻抗变化以及双回线拓扑结构等因素的影响,特别是该测距方法与地网无关,去除了双回线之间零序互感的影响。A fault locating method based on the distributed parameter model of homogeneous transmission line is presented for the irregular parallel overhead double lines on same pole, considering the distributed capacitive current of transmission line, which uses the synchronously sampled voltage/current at both terminals of fault line to accurately calculate the fault location according to the relation between the phase voltage/current and its zero sequence components. It is based on the fact that, the sum of the calculated positive sequence voltage and the negative sequence voltage for one side of fault point is equal to that for the other side when single-line or cross-line fault occurred. As the method takes account of the cross-line fault of irregular parallel overhead double lines on same pole, it determines single-line and cross-line faults synchronously. The simulation with PSCAD shows its precise fault locating results, insensitive to load current, transient resistance, system impedance and line topology. As it is unrelated to earth net, the zero-sequence mutual inductance between two lines is eliminated.
