摘  要:为降低火电厂中各种泵的能量消耗,利用变频器对凝结水泵系统进行改造,把原来的利用挡板或阀门进行调节改造成利用给水流量信号、凝结水流量信号等其他信号控制变频器的输出电压和频率,进而调节凝结水泵电机的转速。试运行结果表明:在汽轮机组负荷相同的条件下,凝结水泵电机变频运行的实时功率大大低于工频运行的实时功率,以凝结水泵年运行6 000 h计算,年节电191.52×104kW.h,且随着汽轮机组负荷率的降低节能效果越来越明显。利用变频器对凝结水泵电机转速进行调节响应速度快,能够及时跟踪工况的变化,同时彻底消除了节流损失,从而降低了能耗。In order to reduce the power consumption of pumps in thermal power plant, the frequency converters are used in the retrofitting of condenser pump system. The regulation of baffle or throttle is replaced by the control of condenser pump speed,which depends on the output frequency or voltage of frequency converters controlled by the signals of feed water flow, condenser flow, and so on. Trial operation shows that, under the same unit load, the power consumption of condenser pump operating with variable frequency is much lower than that with constant frequency. If the condenser pumps operate 6 000 h per year,the power saving will be 191.52×10^4 kW·h. The lower the load rate is, the bigger the saving is. Furthermore, the pump speed control by frequency converter has quicker response, which in time follows the operating condition, totally eliminates thethrottle loss and reduces energy consumption.
