摘  要:目的探讨慢性铝暴露对大鼠学习、记忆、行为学、电生理长时程增强(LTP)、细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK2)mRNA表达的影响及其作用机制,并为中医学"脑主神明"理论提供实验依据。方法给对照组大鼠饮用蒸馏水,低剂量及高剂量组大鼠自由饮用不同剂量AlCl3水溶液,实行铝暴露,观察大鼠圆形Morris水迷宫学习记忆的行为学表现,细胞外微电极记录各组海马DG-CA3途径的LTP,RT-PCR测定ERK2mRNA的表达。结果对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组的行为学表现、LTP、ERK2mRNA表达比较有显著差异。结论中医学"脑主神明"理论是正确的。铝暴露可以影响大鼠的学习记忆。Objective: To observe the learning and memory ability, behavioristics electrophysiological long - term potentiation (LTP) and expression of ERK2 mRNA of rats after chronic exposure of aluminum, and to discuss the mechanism to providing experimental evidence to traditional Chinese medicine "Mind in the Brain" theory. Methods: The rat models of chronic exposure of aluminum were established by drinking different doses of A1CI3 solution. The learning and memory ability (by Morris circular water maze), the DG - CA3 way of hippocampus LTP (by ex- tracellular microelectrode) and the ERK2 mRNA expression (by RT - PCR) were recorded. Results: In the control group, low-dose group, high- dose group behavioral performance, LTP, ERK2 rnRNA expression were significantly different after chronic exposure of aluminum. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine "Mind in the Brain" theory is right, and aluminum exposure can affect the learning and memory ability of rats.
