摘  要:目的观察超微六味地黄汤对被动吸烟小鼠生殖激素及胚胎发育的影响,并比较其与传统六味地黄汤的疗效。方法按怀孕顺序将小鼠随机分为五组,采用孕鼠被动吸烟造模,同时从孕4d起每日灌胃,孕19d处死母鼠,观察各组胚胎发育情况,测定各组孕鼠血清生殖激素(孕酮、睾酮、雌二醇)含量。结果与空白组比较,被动吸烟可明显增加孕鼠死胎及吸收胎率、宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)率、胚胎流产率,降低孕酮、雌二醇水平,升高T/E2值;各治疗组均能减少死胎、吸收胎、IUGR胎数,降低死胎吸收胎率、IUGR率、胚胎流产率及T/E2值,提高孕酮、雌二醇水平,与模型组相比有显著差异,且在改善死胎及吸收胎率、IUGR率方面,超微全量组优于传统组;传统组与超微1/3量组疗效相当;各组T值相近。结论超微六味地黄汤能可通过内分泌机制促进被动吸烟小鼠的胚胎发育,1/3量与传统全量疗效相当,提示"肾藏精,主生长、发育与生殖"理论的合理性。Objective: To observe the influence and curative effect of Ultramicro- Liuweidihuang Decoction (ULD) on serum genital hormone and fetal development in pregnant mice of passive smoking, and to compare with traditional Liuweidihuang Decoction (TLD). Methods: The mice were divided into 5 groups according to the order of pregnancy at random: normal group, model group, TLD group, ULD low dosage group and ULD high dosage group. The IUGR model was established by passive smoking. All mice were received gavage from the 4th to 19th day of gestation. On the 19th day of gestation, all mice were killed to observe the serum reproductive hormone and the lively, dead, absorbed, IUGR, abortive embryos of each groups. And then the ratio of dead, absorbed, IUGR embryos and the abortive embryos were counted. Results: Compared with normal group, passive smoking caused increase in the number of dead, absorbed, IUGR, abortive embryos, T/E2, and decrease in the levels of serum progesterone, estradiol. The TLD group and 2 ULD groups were improved apparently in these indices compared with model group, and ULD high dosage group made better in terms of improvement of the dead, absorbed, IUGR embryos than TLD group. There was no marked difference between the TLD group and ULD low dosage group, and the level of serum testosterone was corresponsive in each group. Conclusion: The ULD can improve the fetal development in passive smoking mice obviously by endocrine regulation. The ultramicro preparation is better than traditional de- coction with same dosage. The theory that "kidney collect essence, control reproduction, growth and development" in TCM has proved reasonable.
