胆南星的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的建立以猪胆汁制的胆南星的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(体积比8∶8∶0.8)为展开剂,以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂自制硅胶G薄层板,20%磷钼酸溶液为显色剂,进行薄层色谱分析。结果胆南星药材和猪去氧胆酸对照品在薄层板上主斑点位置及颜色一致;且斑点集中,分离度好。结论所建立的方法快速、简便、灵敏、重现性好、专属性强,可作为以猪胆汁制的胆南星的质量控制方法之一。Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography for analyzing the components of bile arisaema. Methods Cyclohexane, ethyl acetate and glacial acetic acid （ 8 ： 8 ： 0. 8 ） were used as the developing solvent. Samples were analyzed on a layer plate of silica gel C thin by using 20% phosphomolybdic acid as chromogenic agent. Results Both bile arisaema and hyodeoxycholic aicd had the same main spot and color on the plate which was separated well with other spots. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and reproducible, which could be used for the quality control of bile arisaema.
