摘 要:目的建立快速测定齐墩果酸片含量的方法。方法采用毛细管电泳法,未涂层弹性石英毛细管(75μzm×50cm,有效长度40cm);压力进样,压力:3.0kPa;进样时间:5s;分离电压:25kV;柱温:25℃;检测波长:200nm;运行缓冲液:含5%(体积分数)甲醇的20mmol·L^-1硼砂溶液(pH9.4);运行时间:10min。结果齐墩果酸的线性范围为2.58~660μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.28%(n=6)。结论方法准确、快速、简便,适于齐墩果酸片的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPCE method for rapid monitoring the content of oleanolic acid in oleanolic acid tablets. Methods Samples were analyzed on a fused and uncoated silie capillary of 75 μm × 50 cm (40 cm of effective length). 20 mmol· L^-1 of borax containing 5% methanol was used as running buffer. Samples were injected hydrodynamically (5 s, 3.0 kPa) into the capillary. The applied voltage was 25 kV and the detection wavelength was set at 200 nm. The temperature was kept at 25 ℃. The running time was 10 rain. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2, 58 -660 μg·mL^-1 (r -= 0. 9997) for oleanolic acid. The average recovery (n = 6) was 99. 47% with RSD 1. 28%. Conclusion This method is accurate, rapid, and simple for the content determination of oleanolic acid.
