连翘水提取物对小鼠S180肿瘤细胞和脾细胞体外增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的观察连翘水提取物及其各化学部位对S180肿瘤细胞以及脾细胞体外增殖的影响,为进一步的研究提供依据。方法细胞增殖程度采用MTT比色法。结果连翘水提取物(Forsythia suspensatotalex-traction,FSTE)及乙醇溶解部位(FSⅣa)具有较强的抑制S180细胞增殖的作用,其余部位的作用较弱或无;FSTE和FSⅣa对小鼠脾细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用。结论连翘水提取物及其乙醇溶解部位对小鼠S180肿瘤细胞和小鼠脾细胞的体外增殖有明显抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of Forsythia suspensa total extract （FSTE） and chemical components of the extract on the proliferation of murine S180 sarcome cells and splenocytes in vitro to provide evidence for the further study. Methods Cell proliferation was detected with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay （MTT）. Results FSTE and its ethanol-soluble extract （FSⅣa） had strong inhibitory effect on the growth of murine S180 sarcome cells, whereas petroleum ether extract, acetic ether extract, ethanol-precipitated extract showed weaker effects or no effects. And FSTE and FSⅣa also had distinct inhibitory effect on the growth of mouse splenocytes in vitro. Conclusion FSTE and FSⅣa have marked inhibitory effect on the growth of mouse S180 tumor cells and splenocytes in vitro.
